3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Subscriptions and Refunds

• Billing: Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly) or as one-time token packs.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions if the service has not been significantly used. Token packs are non-refundable once used.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content (text, images, video) you generate using Otools.ai. You grant us a license to process this content solely to provide the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Otools.ai to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is". While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.
